These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between TurboRekenen and the user.
By subscribing, the user declares to agree with these terms.
TurboRekenen is an online practice environment for practicing math skills in primary education.
TurboRekenen supports the learning process, but does not replace education, professional guidance, or individual assessment by a school or teacher.
Although the software has been carefully developed, no guarantee can be given that every student achieves a specific learning outcome.
TurboRekenen offers, among others, the following subscriptions:
In addition, TurboRekenen may offer a two-week trial period.
TurboRekenen reserves the right to adjust subscriptions or prices in the future. Changes will be announced in a timely manner and apply only to future billing periods.
An agreement is concluded once:
The agreement is entered into between TurboRekenen and the user.
The subscription is taken out by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the use of the account by the student.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
TurboRekenen does not receive or store payment card details.
In the event of non-payment, TurboRekenen may suspend access to the service until the outstanding amount is paid.
Subscriptions are renewed monthly.
The user can cancel at any time.
After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the already paid period.
No refund of already paid subscription fees will be given.
After the paid period ends, access to the service expires.
TurboRekenen concerns a digital service that is made available immediately after payment.
By activating the service immediately, the user expressly agrees that the execution begins immediately.
To the extent permitted by law, the statutory right of withdrawal expires as soon as the execution of the digital service has started.

It is not permitted to make the account available to third parties beyond the number of students included in the chosen subscription.
TurboRekenen strives for a reliable and highly available service.
From time to time, maintenance may be necessary.
Where reasonably possible, scheduled maintenance is carried out outside the usual times when children use the service.
However, TurboRekenen cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
TurboRekenen is continuously improved.
TurboRekenen may adjust, expand, or modify functionalities when necessary for maintenance, security, quality, or further development of the service.
The aim will always be to preserve the core functionality of the service.
All intellectual property rights to:
remain the property of TurboRekenen.
The user obtains only a personal, non-transferable right of use.
TurboRekenen is only liable for direct damage resulting from intent or conscious recklessness.
Any liability for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profit, or missed learning outcomes is excluded, to the extent permitted by law.
Total liability is limited to a maximum of the amount the user has paid for the current subscription.
TurboRekenen is not liable if the service is temporarily unavailable due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including outages at hosting providers, internet connections, payment providers, or other suppliers.
TurboRekenen processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

TurboRekenen may change these terms and conditions.
The most recent version is published on www.turborekenen.nl.
Significant changes will be announced in advance.
Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
